For the purposes of the Terms of Use outlined below, Stupid Krap is the public identity of Superhero PTY LTD, a company based in Queensland, Australia, who offer a service to purchase goods, confirm orders and supply products and organise the delivery of said goods upon finalisation of payment.
Any orders placed by you must be placed in accordance with these conditions.
This website may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding the website and any transactions conducted on or through the website.
All prices shown on the Stupid Krap website are in Australian dollars ($AUD), unless stated otherwise.
The dimensions of artwork listed are an excellent guide to the physical dimensions of the finished artwork, however, as hard as we endeavour to provide 100% accurate dimensions they may differ slightly as some of our artworks are made by hand.
We have done our best to display colours of products accurately on the Stupid Krap website, however the colour of the artworks may vary to what is displayed due to a wide range of factors such as different monitor calibration and computer hardware.
All sales are final, unless the product arrives damaged. In this instance you should contact Stupid Krap via email immediately. For your personal documentation, we suggest that you take photos of any damaged artwork. Artworks must be returned to Stupid Krap in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via registered post. You as the buyer assume any risk of lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit. We recommend you take out postal registration with your shipping or postal carrier. Stupid Krap will not be responsible for artwork lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure the item.
All print, apparel and original artwork orders are shipped via registered post. Insurance will be included for the value of the products only.
Domestic (within Australia) small accessories orders, such as pins and patches are not shipped with tracking. If you would like this added to your order we can do so at an additional cost. Please email us to add tracking.
Depending on the size of the artwork and quantity of your order, artworks are shipped rolled in tissue paper in a registered postage tube, or packed flat in a NO BEND envelope.

Refunds will only be applicable where Stupid Krap is deemed to not be in accordance of the Terms of Use set out on this page. A refund will be issued at the sole discretion of Stupid Krap. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us by email immediately of receiving your order.
