Digital Giclee Prints Postage Info
- Cost of postage is combined for all multiple orders.
- Orders are either shipped FLAT between 2 sheets of sturdy shipping board or in a sturdy TUBE.
- Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be despatched from receipt of payment.
- Expected shipping times: Australia: 2 - 4 working days, Rest of the World: 7 - 12 working days
- For prints shipped within australia, postage USUALLY includes registered post. Insurance is optional.
- For prints shipped internationally, insurance is optional, but HIGHLY recommended.
- Express postage is available on request.
Digital Prints on Canvas Postage Info
Shipped via express courier in a secure package to ensure you receive your order.
Postage is either registered or via courier for canvas prints.
Please allow up to 6 working days for your order to be despatched from receipt of payment.
Expected shipping times: Australia: 6-9 working days, Rest of the World: 7-12 working days.
Coasters Postage Info
Individually, hand pressed in a small print studio within Australia.
Postage prices are NOT combined for coasters + prints, as coasters are dispatched from a different location than prints.
- Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be despatched from receipt of payment.
- Expected shipping times: Australia: 2 - 4 working days, Rest of the World: 5 - 10 working days
LOSS OR DAMAGE
We pride ourselves on careful and secure packaging and accurate shipping.
If for some reason your order should be damaged or goes astray, please quote your order number, and we will follow up the matter as soon as possible.
If you have paid for insurance, then we will follow up the postal error to retrieve the insured amount.
When possible, we will replace the item to the insured amount, and do our very best to ensure your ultimate satisfaction.
PAYMENT
Paypal is required for international orders.
For larger orders, international bank transfer is recommended - please email us for payment details.
Bank Transfer is available for Australian domestic orders.
RETURNS POLICY
Returns will only be accepted at the discretion of STUPIDKRAP.COM.
We have endeavoured to describe all artworks on this website as accurately as possible.
AUTHENTICITY
All of the limited edition fine art prints sold through this website are signed, numbered and titled by the artists.
Certificates of authenticity may only be available on unsigned editions.
We keep very accurate records of our editions, so that only the number the items are limited to, are supplied/made etc.
